Like you said, the space Paul had wasn’t entirely Sullinger’s fault, but he certainly didn’t help. To compound things, he attempted to challenge Paul’s shot far too late. This left Leonard with a free run to the rim for a potential offensive rebound.

I didn’t notice how late Sullinger’s reaction was in the second play you highlighted when watching the game live, good eye. It seems like Sullinger’s defense would be largely improved if he simply kept his head on a swivel more.
